On this page you can find useful information to request the refund forms provided by RAV. Refund in case of error.
Refund in case of error
In this area you can request a refund for the toll paid if one of the following conditions occurs:
- Payment already made/double payment;
- Wrong class
- Wrong entry station
- Recovered ticket (attach a scan of the ticket to the request)
- Entry station declaration
- Other (specify notes)
If approved, the refund will be credited directly to the bank account provided in the request in cases of payment by cards and cash.

Credit receipt refund request
RAV currently does not provide for forms of refund related to delays due to the presence of work zones.
